By accessing and using MockInPublic ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

MockInPublic is a web application that allows users to create fake payment notification mockups for entertainment and demonstration purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes
  • You understand that all generated content is for entertainment purposes only
  • You will not use generated content to mislead or deceive others

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use MockInPublic to:

  • Create content intended to defraud or mislead others
  • Generate false financial statements or documents
  • Impersonate legitimate payment services
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment Terms

  • Pro subscriptions are one-time payments processed through Stripe
  • All payments are final and non-refundable
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MockInPublic and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Generated content is for entertainment purposes only
  • We are not responsible for how you use generated content

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MockInPublic be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.
